To ensure we never lose sight of our values, principles, and the building blocks of our method as we grow, we’re creating our own bible — a set of ten commandments, a Hitch manifesto.

This honest and evolving document will lay out the foundations of our methods: the values we stand by, the techniques we trust, and the framework that guides us.

It will be a work in progress, forever refined, always transparent — shedding light on the obstacles we still need to overcome to achieve our ultimate goal: a world free of waste. To conquer these challenges faster, we invite anyone who feels inspired to join the conversation.
